  • This wine, with its golden hue is a blend of Grenache, Clairette, Ugni-Blanc and Vermentino. On the nose, it expresses smoked and floral notes due to its ageing – partly in Acacia barrels. In the mouth, it shows some smoothness and roundness, together with a nice aromatic bouquet reminiscent of quince, pear and pineapple, and ending with lemon notes. With its appealing complexity, roundness in the mouth and persistent scent, La Cavale Blanc equally complements a sea bass fillet in white sauce, a risotto with truffles or a blanquette of veal.
