45% Carignan (old vines)
10% Grenache noir


Harvest at dawn, cold pre-fermentation at 12°C then alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, followed by a malolactic fermentation in 3000-litre Stockinger casks (Austrian oak). Ageing for 12 to 14 months. Blending and bottling at the beginning of the following year.

Tasting notes

Deep, brilliant and sustained ruby color with purple hues.
The nose is complex. It opens onto red fruits, violets, scrubland and finishes with touches of spices.
On the palate, its ‘attack’ is frank yet generous. The fruit lingers on.
The tannins are silky and subtle.

Wine and food pairings

Calf roll stuffed with morels and chestnuts.
Crayfish in a ‘Armoricaine’ sauce or simply a piece of salt water dark chocolate.
