50% Cinsault


The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve freshness and color.
A light direct pressing is carried out with a pneumatic press and the settling is done at 12°C.
Vinification takes place in thermo- regulated stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks minimum.
Bottling takes place in January.

Tasting notes

Rose petal color with sparkling silver reflections.
The nose reveals notes of fresh red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry.
Beautiful continuity of the aromas in mouth, the whole contained in a balance of freshness and finesse persisting at end of mouth.

Wine and food pairings

Ideal for the aperitif, alone or with a ceviche of salmon marinated in pink grapefruit.
Zucchini flower fritters with basil.
Whole roasted sea bream with fennel and zucchini tagliatelle, topped with a drizzle of olive oil from La Cavale.
Amarena cherry clafoutis.
