60% Grenache noir
40% Cinsault


The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve freshness and color.
A light direct pressing is carried out with a pneumatic press and the settling is done at 12°C.
Vinification takes place in thermo- regulated stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks minimum.
Bottling takes place in January.

Tasting notes

Pink gold colour with sparkling silvery reflections.
The nose opens on notes of fresh red fruits such as redcurrant, wild strawberry and raspberry.
In the mouth the attack is forthright, we find the notes of red fruits underlined by a pink grapefruit zest.
The finish is tense, long and greedy.

Wine and food pairings

Ideal for the aperitif, alone or accompanied by tapenade toasts.
Sea bass or sea bream from the griddle, thin slices of grilled peppers and zucchini, topped with a drizzle of olive oil from La Cavale.
Strawberry Guariguettes salad.
