Harvested at dawn, pneumatically pressed and fermented in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 3 weeks.
The Rolle, Clairette and Ugni blanc are vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks separately. The Grenache blanc is aged partly in acacia barrel.
Bottling takes place in January.

The gourmet nose reveals aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple.The mouth is balanced between roundness and freshness with a beautiful continuity of aromas, mixing pineapple and yellow fruits.
The long finish reveals notes of Timut pepper.
