The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve freshness and color. A light direct pressing is carried out with a pneumatic press and the settling is done at 12°C.
Vinification takes place in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks minimum.
Bottling takes place in January.
Beautiful color with silver reflections.
The nose reveals notes of citrus and white flowers.
The attack on the palate is frank and ample underlined by a beautiful
freshness, which reveals notes of bergamot and fruits with firm flesh such as the nectarine.
The mineral finish gives it a nice length.

Seafood platter (oysters, crabs, whelks).
Artichokes marinated in lemon confit and feta cheese.
Fillet of sea bream, glazed peas and combawa mousseline sauce.
Wok of spring vegetables.
