33% Ugni blanc / Clairette
Harvesting at dawn, pneumatic pressing, fermentation and vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks minimum. The Vermentino, Clairette and Ugni blanc are vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks separately. The Grenache blanc is aged partly in acacia barrel.
Bottling takes place in January.
